Benefits of journaling

article image placeholderUploaded by @anushkaaa.seth.
For instance, you once wrote about something that was causing you stress or maybe about an upcoming event or competition that you were anxious about and then when it has passed and now you look back after a few months or maybe a year or two just to realize it was nothing to be stressed or anxious about. And you'll realize how far you have come and grown as a person. That thing you were stressed about earlier, it doesn't affect you. And you feel so stupid reading that again

But after hearing as well, I think it would be a good practice to maintain a separate journal for my daily life where I could mark out goods and that. I never actually did write a journal journal because I thought this the thing over to Mm from a day. Maybe I'll give it a go and let you know how it went. So really, thanks for sharing this

My diary books doesn't finish that fast. Moreover about keeping diary I love like whenever there is some news, I write on the head of diary like something something it was a birthday and something like that on a day. I write diary. I will write like happy birthday to that person, whoever I know the birthday was on that day. And I will write something, some important days. Like if I adopt a dog you can't say adopt, right?

In absolute agreement with journaling 💯

And this idea is up there in our head. Journaling has actually helped me turn that idea, turn that emotion, turn that feeling into a physical reality. So who I am today, I think I'd attribute a large part of it to my journaling. So, great post. Thank you so much much for this. I'm definitely looking forward to more such interesting topics
