"Do whatever makes you happy " is it right to say?

article image placeholderUploaded by @Anushka.tomar
This is caused by a simple problem we haven't learned how to handle being said, we don't have it deeply ingrained enough in our heads that sadness and anxiety are okay to feel. And we haven't been taught how to learn to handle our personal anger and flip it over without survival instinct. Infect the word name reumination, usually used as a name for stress and depression caused by excessive thinking. Why haven't we been taught this?

If adopting bad habits make you happy, sleeping all day or quitting your dream makes you happy, then it doesn't make sense and I love the way you speak. Take care of yourself, By

Hey, Anushka. Really nice things. I mean, these are some really critical things that you brought out. I just wanted to ask you what you reading out of some text or a book, because it sounded like that. Because if you were, I mean, it kind of defeats the whole objective of a conversation. It kind of sounded really scripted. Cheers

Yes, definitely. We should do what makes us happy because if we do what makes us happy, then only I think it is a great thing. Basically, if we will do the work that we makes us happy, the work will also be great. Like we can do the work very nicely, very efficiently and effectively
