Dealing with Social phobia

In social anxiety disorder, fear and anxiety lead to avoidance that can disrupt your life. Severe stress can affect your relationships, daily routines, work, school or other activities. Social anxiety disorder can be a chronic mental health condition, but learning coping skills in psychotherapy and taking medications can help you gain confidence and improve your ability to interact with others. Feelings of shyness or discomfort in certain situations are not necessarily signs of social anxiety disorder, particularly in children

But if I say to myself I know this, I have researched it very well and thoroughly and I can handle the situation I'll be able to do. Even though I think so. This is what I feel. And thanks for this one

Hi Shashank. So, first of all, thanks for replying. In my opinion, you are correct to some extent. But this thing, social anxiety or social phobia, destroys your power to control your subconscious mind and makes you do things which you even don't want to, even if you have prepared swell for some particular speech or presentation. So this is my point of view. See how it feels when you have social disorder or social phobia
