When what is your opinion about books? According to me, reading books is the best experience at which you could be involved in without moving out of the couch. When I read, it shorts my imagination free, instantaneously. It's like an English hallucination. Strong, vivid, emotional. You could get into the corrective thoughts, the situation and all. Imagine as you want and wish. In one word, I would say it's awesome

Of course, that is when our education system lacks I started to read when I was motivated by one of my friends. I did not see I did not experience any kind of encouragement from my teachers.
