So the way that to release this and to start releasing this, because I myself, when I started healing, it was something that I would reflect on constantly. It was what out there was distracting me from doing the inner work and the inner healing that I had to do in order for me to step into my purpose with confidence. And what I had to do was really stop looking for outside sources of how my healing was supposed to look like
