My sister died of breast cancer, and she died about a year and a half after being diagnosed, but when she died, it was quick. We're talking a week in the hospital, six days in hospice, and then she left us. Yeah, it's hard. And I miss her. And I'm thankful for this space to share. Pour it out, let you get a chance to know me better and kind of see where I'm coming from and what I'm dealing with

Hello. Good morning. I was listening to your swell, and I'm sorry to hear about your sister. I know how it is to lose loved ones. I was raised by my grandparents. I've lost both of them barely my grandpa last year. And I was also raised with all my uncles. They had six boys, and they lost three, four already. The first one, I was very young, so I don't remember the rest. I do. They were like my brothers

And then just two months later, my adoptive mother passed away. So, as you say, that was a double whammy. I know what you're going through in the sense of losing someone, it does get better with time, but that missing them never goes away. But you do heal more, day by day. I also lost my father, tragically, whenever I was 16

It's not about getting over it, but it's about walking through it. I know I will, at this point, grew grieve my sister for the rest of my life. I believe there is a period of mourning
