Fear often sounds like Wisdom

That some of the things that we're afraid of. We justify it by giving these explanations as to why we won't do something or why we do something. And it sounds so wise, but it's really fear. I'll give you one more example. My sister, when we cleaned out her car last year, my heart broke when I realized this, but my sister used to have a knife in the driver's side and the passenger side door of her car

Hey, Angela. This was a great swell and I enjoyed listening to it. I have a thought that fear is from a space of things that we believe might happen and hasn't. Maybe because we've read about it or know statistics or we know someone who has experienced it it or maybe something that has happened to us and so we put up these boundaries to protect ourselves. Or it could just be completely made up and we don't really have any data
