I’ve lost a lot of "weight"

And maybe it is showing up in the physical, but it's so much more. It's mental, emotional. Emotional. Definitely spiritual. Definitely spiritual. Now, as far as physical weight loss, I've started intermittent fasting back in 2020, but I haven't followed it so much. So in the past, like year and a half or so, I've said it here before on Twell. I've had a lot of loss

How do you want to change your life today? And I'm really proud of you. I'm really proud that these are the changes that you're making for yourself and not for anybody else. And sometimes that does mean getting rid of people or places, things, food, whatever it has to be to make yourself better. There's so many changes that I'm trying to make, too. But hearing this today just reminds me that sometimes change is for the better

But what I discovered was, when we gain in weight, it's mainly because we're waiting on something, either waiting on something to happen, waiting on someone to show up, waiting on someone to come through, or just waiting on the Lord to send a sign, a symbol to show us a different way. Right? So I discovered. I said, damn. So we are gaining the weight that we're waiting on

I lost a whole lot of weight that I was carrying as well. And losing this weight has boosted my confidence in other areas. There are other things that im willing to pursue now that arent even related to my weight, just other things im ready to pursue now because my confidence level has grown because im no longer carrying, you know, the physical weight and some of the shame that comes with that and just some of the defeat that came with that

Hi, lady five. Thanks for chiming in and thanks for sharing those beautiful words. The reply and also the scripture. Thank you so much. I'm glad that you're proud of me because you mean a lot to me. So it's good when people that I care about are like, yay. Go, Ang. We definitely all need a cheering section. And, yeah, it's definitely been some definite needed changes because I was not on the best path in a lot of ways

Hi there, Bilal, and thank you for chiming in. And let me know if I mispronounce your name. Please forgive me, but I love what you said because it's absolutely true. I actually know people who don't eat a lot who weigh way more than what the. What the BMI says they should weigh. And they're probably. Well, not probably. I know they're frustrated because it's like, how much less can I eat, you know?

The body composition is changing, and so we look different, our clothes are different, are different, maybe a different size. We certainly lost inches in our waist and our face. You know, I've had. I remember when I first did keto, my nails and my hair grew. That was crazy. I didn't realize that that could cause my hair to grow. And so, anyway, yeah. And 15 pounds, like you say, may not think it's a lot, right?

I'm trying not to choke up, but it's been so heavy. And I know you can relate because it's. It's stuff we don't even talk about. This is heavy. And she said, talked about the great exhale, and I felt that thing. She was like, girl, you're gonna get the best rest you had in your life when I tell you. Last night I slept. I was up watching tv after the conference
