I don't just want to make it a hobby, I do want to take it to a further step. I want to explore more in it. And I have been trying a lot of forms for a while now and it's, it's been a great journey
@anneflorentyna

Exploration through art!

Wow. Arunima, I am really surprised and taken aback for a moment knowing that you've been practicing art for 14 years now. And I hope that you're quite the professional now. And going on to the questions, the first question I have for you is to know three things that art on your mind now, which you would like to explore through your art

And the third thing that I really, really wish to try is some sort of, like, it's called as dot art. It's again, a form of Mandala art. So I've been wanting to try that. I'm wanting to explore these three things mostly, which are, like, these are in my list for now
@anneflorentyna

Art is for everyone, or is it?

Actually, it is really interesting to know that you've been giving much thought into exploring different kinds of art. So one thing I would like to know is why do you want to explore something new and how hard it is is to learn something that is new. So which leads me to my following question is I've always wondered if art is for everyone. Do you think anyone can become an artist given the tools that one has access in today's world
@arunima30

It is for the people who actually have the passion to learn it. It's like you can tell a kid to paint a tree or a mountain and he would go into it if you give them the tools. But if he doesn't want to, then he won't. So that's how the whole question that's where you basically from. The answer that is not really for everyone. The main important thing is the passion which is required for it
@anneflorentyna

Instilling medium for your expression!

Yes, totally. I think I agree with you here on the idea of passion because I resonate with a similar ideology where I find passion as the key role for any form of art, meaning or unique. So this leads me to the following question where I believe every art will have an inspiration from within or from anything that could be external. So where do your ideas come from? So how do you bring out yours creative expression

So my inspiration usually are the things around me, the people around me. It can be literally anything as simple as a water bottle. Sometimes there are times when I wake up in the morning and I'll see something and I'll find inspiration from that. That can be one thing. There are sometimes it's the way I feel that makes me pain something. It can be like that as well. Also, there are some artists which I follow on social media which really inspire me
@anneflorentyna

Artists you call as Inspiration!

From your very answer right now, I am able to say that you are a total professional, because only true professionals, I believe, can see something or take inspiration from the insignificant one from our daily lives. So I think that was really good to listen to it. And now moving on to our next question. Every individual will have a person who we look up to in our journey, calling them our mentor or inspiration Motivator, or it could be anything of that sort

I don't remember his name as well, but he was the first person who really inspired me, and he mentored me so well for artwork. Otherwise, I am self taught. But he was the one to get that interest to that whole matchtick for me. Yeah. Otherwise, there are many artists on Instagram. There are a lot of people who inspire me. So I really can't name anyone
@anneflorentyna

Your advice to the Emerging Artists!

I'm so happy that you had a wonderful mentor who helped you light the mastic in your life towards art or give you the spark or draw the path for you. And somehow you are what you are today because of that one spark. And I'm so, so happy and grateful, and I really pray that you recollect his name someday soon. All right

Just try to give at least an hour or something in a day and work on your skills. If you're really passionate about it, trust me, you get where you want to. Okay? So that would be my advice for the upcoming artist. Trust believe in yourself that yes, you can do this and be consistent
@anneflorentyna
