Having a bad day? How do you share up your mind? There are so many ways. But what is that you do specifically to cheer up your mind? Me. I take a nap or listen to music or even drink a cup of black tea. What do you prefer as a mood changer

My first preference would be, you know, forgetting all the s*** that happened to me. And I would just go and sleep, and immediately I will wake up to a good mood. And sometimes if I don't, I would wash a good feel good movie or songs, or I would actually remove myself from a place and I would get moving. I would exercise or I would go for a walk, or I would go to a different place

Bad days are necessary for growth

There is a purpose to set bad days, and I think it's just the reality of the sense that we are human beings that aren't perfect and we're flawed and we aren't always going to be chipper and happy. And I don't even think that is our intended design to remain blissfully happy and never have any sad emotion or ever feel angry. We always are on the up and up and chipper

Hi Anitta whenever this happens to me, the first thing I will do is I will go upstairs and just get some fresh hair and relax with my dog. And after that, I will reach to my family and I will have some nice time with them. And after that, definitely my mood will be definitely good
