article image placeholderMultivitamins: - A Need or a Fad?
Hey everyone, it's me Anisha back again and I'm here to discuss on yet another interesting swell. And today I'll be talking about a really important topic that has garnered lot of attention over the past couple of years and it has are more or like just become a trend and that is multivitamins. So the question is should multivitamins be taken on a regular basis or is it just some sort of a new trend that has just started and people are advising other people to have multivitamins?

Hi Anisha. Thank you so much for this very informative swell. I personally am very, very against of taking, you know, medicines as a substitute for the daily diet or the Indian diet, I'd say. I know that there has been a lot of things about foiling a particular diet rich in certain type of vitamins, certain type of carbs and certain type of proteins. But I just feel that Indian diet within itself is very, very wholesome

And sometimes that is somehow this very good nutrition, maybe because I don't have the access to it the time or whatever. So I do take multivitamins myself, and I think it helps me. Thank you

Hey, nupur, thank you for applying to Maxwell again. So, yeah, the thing is, recently doctors and medical science and everything has been fostering a culture of please take more medicines and increase our business. And I totally believe that strong. And if we have our diet, especially Indian diet, is just more than sufficient. It has all the necessary requirements that are required for our diet, from carbs to proteins to vitamins and minerals, including dietary fibers

But while this definitely happens to around 40% to 60% of the population, we need to realize that there are changes in diets also. Now, for poor people, depending on their socioeconomic status, it might happen due to lack of availability of food

And considering they're a vegetarian, they do not get those nutritions that a person who eats meat gets. Right? So considering that, I feel like if you have a certain type of diet, then definitely multivitamins are for you. But if you eat holistically and you do not have cut on certain amount certain kind of foods, then yes, then you might or might not need multivitamins. But yeah, this was my opinion and I loved your spell. Thank you so much

@arukshitadeswal

It should be something more holistic, something that makes you want to be alive and that gives you the desired nutrition. Because first of all, whenever we have food, it's a moral boost for us, okay? And we feel good. We feel that we should eat it. So you shouldn't starve yourself to death
