That is our brain. So, just like any kind of supercomputers or advanced computers that are out there, we need to realize that your brain gets tired over a period of time and it gives up because your brain sometimes feels overwhelmed with everything it has to do. Because it's not that other organs are doing the work of the brain, right? He's the CEO of the organ system that is out there. So it is under a lot of pressure all the time

And it has to be done because without that, it is going to discharge, its battery is going to discharge and it's going to either hang, become stagnant, or it wouldn't know what to do. So definitely the brain needs recharge from time to time. It should be constantly recharged, otherwise we definitely stagnate in life. So thank you for this lovely podcast. Have a lovely evening. Bye

Because of other health ailments and being a single child I had to step up and take care of my father and make sure that he was alive. I remember telling myself that this is a testing time and I have to get out from this with flying colors and I did and of course there was a lot of blessing from the Almighty and things worked out in our favor. It could have gone south also

Hey, himanshi. I'm really glad you liked this episode of Mind, your Mind, and I'm really looking forward to having you on all the future podcasts that I've planned and I'll be releasing and yeah, just as you said, you know, it gets difficult, but we need to believe in ourselves and we need to believe in our potential because that is really important. So thank you so much once again for your wonderful thoughts and for your encouragement. Thanks a lot

So when you ask this question, most of the time it's no, because we are always in a sort of negative thinking, why is it not happening? Why is it happening? Just to me? So always we start complaining about things and we continue to do so, and that's where we have to look on
