My first question to you in this interview is how did you start your journey of professional comparing?
@Rupal_Dsouza

And I also hosted formal events and informal events at college, which gave me a lot of confidence, creativity to write script and things like that. And this is how I gradually grew as a compare. So once I started hosting, I realized a few things that I have to learn and I have to improve. That got me going. And I also well, that this is something I can do for a long time because it made me happy. So that's how my professional journey began

That is a pretty interesting way to navigate your career with. Now, my second question to you would be, what would be your advice to somebody who wants to start on this journey of comparing
@Rupal_Dsouza

@anisharodrigues

So start small. Maybe ask people around you that's your family, your close friends, to give you opportunities to display or showcase your talents as an anchor. And when you start small, you get a grip, you get some confidence and you know how to handle events. Once that happens, you will automatically a lot of other opportunities and just go forward with it. You might have a lot of feedback or negative comments that come in, but do not let that not stop you

Very good evening to you, Rupal ma'am. I am Kathamri Gupta. Ma'am, my question to you is that if one wants to be a compare and one knows that you know he is good in it but the family is not supporting. They say that there is no future in it. So then what should one do? How one should convince the family that yes, it can be a career option. So can you please guide us? Thank you so much

@Rupal_Dsouza

Thank you, Rupal, for that wonderful insight. It was truly encouraging to listen to something as profound as this. So my next question to you is, how do you manage juggling both a full time job and your passion? How often do you get drained in the process? And please to elaborate on how do you manage stress that is caused emotionally and physically altogether? Thank you

@kadambarigupta

But what you can do is you need to make sure that the world knows that you have that talent, right? You might have heard of this. That action speaks louder than words. So no matter how much you try to express this thing via words to them, they may not understand it. So the best thing to do is to do what you love and show it to them after. They are your family, they love you and they want you to be happy

A very warm good evening, ma'am. I am Mayuri. So my question to you is how should we overcome stage fear? Ma'am? So everyone in life who has to face a crowd they would have felt this. So whether you have such experiences of stage fear or if you have then how did you face it? And if you have not, what would be your advice to avoid such nervousness?

Hello, mom. Very good evening to you. I wanted your advice on how to, you know, join societies in college and how to be confident enough, how to build your confidence, and how anxiety not bring you down. Thank you so much, Mom

@anisharodrigues

So I made sure that my time is divided in such a way that I do not disturb any of these two professions that I handle. So most of the times I do not juggle because I exactly know what I have to do at the weekend, and I know what I have to do at the weekdays. So I just try to concentrate and focus on what I have in hand at that point of time and do it a little by little and give my best there. So that's with managing both

That was a really interesting advice on how to manage your stress. You blended all aspects pretty well, I can say. The emotional, the physical, and the spiritual aspects. And I think the constant reminder we need to give ourselves is that no matter how tiring it gets, that we can do it just like you said. So my next question to you is what were some of the fears or incidents that went behind the first time you hosted a TV show?

A very good evening, ma'am. First of all, it's really nice to hear about things or about advices or about journeys of such inspiring and successful people like you. So my question would be that people who love to compare or who love to anchor or host shows, or who have done anchoring or comparing in school events or college events may have these doubts of making it their professional lifetime, career or not. I mean, like, they do it as an entrance. They love it

@mayurikannan

Hi, Mayuri. That was an amazing question and it was great to hear from you. So stage fear is something that comes naturally to any speaker at least once in their life. I'm sure every one of us have faced it. So I think how you can tackle this is by understanding the root cause

@shesalliwannabe

You've got to get excited not only about joining societies, about joining any competition, grabbing any opportunity that you get, everything. You've got to be excited about it. You've got to say, okay, I'm going to learn something, I'm going to improve myself, and things like that. And go in with a mentality of a learner, go in with a mindset of a learner

For once, when I had all these non living things in front of me to which I had to stare and I had to speak, it got me down. But I did my best, right? So that was a challenge that I faced facing the camera, because that's a different way of putting forth your thoughts. Along with that, a few other fears that I had was I think I'll make my first show. My shows are all in Kunkani, my local language, my mother tongue

That was truly wonderful. And I can tell you, you were in for a good start. Now, my next question to you would be can you give us a glimpse of some of the future projects you are planning to do and talk about it? In brief, if you do not want to reveal all the details yet, but maybe give like a small sneak peek into the future projects you are about to get into or you will be signing yourself up

So as humans, we all want to keep it safe. But I don't think anchoring is something that is going out of trend right now. It is taking different directions, but it is still there. So if you're very passionate about talking and motivating people and making their events wonderful, then I don't think you have to think twice about keeping it safe because you get a lot of opportunities as an anchor on TV channels. And if not, you can open your own YouTube channel

So yes those are the companies projects which I will be collaborating and working with. Yes that's what is there in my mind as of now. So not got a lot of time to sit and think something but this is a quick plan of what I have for at least the next few months

Because there are a lot of instances where you get a lot of rewards, you get money, but you're still not happy. What is the point of that? Success, right? For me, success is hard work come happiness

Hello, ma'am. Namaste. I am Archit Sarni. My question is what is the biggest struggle in anchoring and what you feel then? You achieve many things in life. You achieve awards, you achieve success. What do you think about about it? And what my second question is what do you observe things like in this field?

It's always like my heart beating fast and my stomach making and I'm just not able to get into the zone when I start speaking. I do it quite well though, but the stage fried sometimes gets to me. If I give you an instance, I was at a pitch cafe, like a competition pitch cafe. Therein I had to speak for my startup and I went in front of people and I was just blank, I couldn't speak anything
