And so when you do those things, it releases the endorphins in your brain, those happy hormones, and you just end up uplifting yourself up and reducing your stress and get back to normalcy. So what are the major takeaways that I would suggest all of you? First thing, life is short. Live, love and laugh as if today were the last day of your life. Always do plenty of yoga, meditation, exercise

And if they go there, their whole life goes on. In order to make the other members of the family happy by giving their all, that's the real happiness of a woman. This is what our culture says right? I think that should be like remote from our society. So every woman, every male should have mental health awareness which is very important. Nobody's physical health awareness is improving

But they're very stubborn and do not want to address these concerns. They do not want to take therapy, they do not want to address these problems. That is really toxic. We as a society should be more accepting, loving, and try to help each other out. And we need to address the stigma in our society. Thank you very much for your swell. This was much needed, and I see if I can cover as well on this topic as well. So thank you so much

Hi, Anisha. I love the way you discussed about many ways to improve the mental health. And one of the ways I really loved and my most favorite, of course, is by doing yoga, because yoga is something that really that it really elevates your mind, and you can feel it, too. And I feel like that exercising in general and journaling and talking to someone that we trust are great ways one can reach out and just feel better than they have been feeling earlier

When it comes to our mental health, sure there are ways that we can take care of it and everything, but at the end of the day there's always something new which can stress us and make us overthink. It comes to a point where people obviously suicide or go into depression because they are tired of fighting and eventually want to give up. Now in this case I feel like not only these kind of methods but also encouragement from families, friends and people around you truly make a difference

And other aspects are like some days there are certain problems and they appear as huge problems. And certain other days, certain other problems appear and you feel like those are new problems. You don't realize how to give importance to your emotions. So the thing is, when it comes to emotions, don't deal with it critically. Just tell your emotions this is going to pass away. You're feeling anger. When you're feeling emotions, you just have to feel it. Okay?

Sharing always does not work specially when you have been in a restricted background. #swellcast #collegevoiceindia

Good evening, ma'am. So you beautifully presented your views on the mental health and how sharing does not take anything. But here today, people actually, instead of when someone tries to share their views, what they're actually feeling, they don't even tend to listen and they just try to judge a particular person. So to elaborate my point, I would like to, you know, if explain it with a short story

But again, the thing is, our Indian society and our Indian culture abiskna Johe and all of this, our families have cultivated this, wherein we have to just bottle up and store. Is there any way you can tell about any relationship you've maybe had in secret or any boy or anything that is actually personal to your life? Maybe a girl best friend or somebody just broke up with you, or friendship broke or relationship broke, something did not happen?

My routine is set, I'm sleeping well, I breathe really deep, I eat healthy, and I just feel so good, so nice, so rejuvenated. So I completely agree with you when you say that exercising and yoga and deep breathing exercises, these are like fundamental fundamentals of your well being and one should really invest their time in learning these practices. And the rest of the things made complete sense to me
