Bitter or Better?

article image placeholderUploaded by @AngieC
And so it's been really weird for me as I've kind of progressed through life now in the last few years I'm completely different from that person. And to not have that desire to date or even go out or even talk to people, I mean I get really frustrated talking to people even. It's funny. So my question is am I hiding out or am I truly healing?

Both!

So better probably both probably bitter because traumatic s*** does happen and people hurt you and you have to heal from that doesn't mean you're not going to be angry about it. But I think eventually when we're on the path to getting better and feeling better, the bitterness drops away a little bit I would hope, but I think you have to really test it out in practice. So that's what I've been trying to do

Whether you think positively or negatively about yourself, it's a mindset and a choice. A grateful heart is better than a bitter soul. Never let bitterness make a home in your heart. Raise the rent and kick it out. Bitterness in your heart contaminates love in your soul. Bitterness is what happens when we do the things we want, which we don't have. So either you get better or you get better
