So as I've gotten older, I've learned that this is just a wasted emotion. It is a poison, as I mentioned in the description. It is a poison that eats at you, and it can ruin so many things in life. So much of the abuse that we hear about in homes is because of jealous men. It really is a wasted emotion

I think that everything that you're sharing is so valuable, and I think it would be super inspiring for other men, and especially young men who are dealing with this. And I think the jealousy is a very apparent one. I think it's very common, like you said, for men to get aggressive or jealous or to jump to that when they feel insecure or threatened. And I don't know if it's this way, because jealousy is kind of a really accessible emotion

So this is the kind of stuff, and it all links back to that childhood, you know, that the experiences in childhood. If if I was with my dad and somebody even looked at my mom or whatever, like he was ready to fight, you know what I'm saying? Like, he was ready to fight. And I that exists for me. This is how I grew up. This is how I was raised
