When I want to get away from it all, I do this...

Hello. Hi everyone. I thought I'll try out this new swell prompt. So it is when I want to get away from it all, I go for nature walks. Taking a leisurely walk in nature, just going through the park or just looking at the clouds, sailing on the. Standing on the terrace or just going along the deserted road. It makes me feel really grounded and I'm looking at all these birds flying around and the flowers

Hi Geetha. That was so wonderful listening to you. And yes, I so very agree with you with all the points that you spoke about. Whether you spoke about taking a walk, a pleasant walk in the nature, you know, nothing can uplift you more than seeing the blooms around you or the greenery around you. It touches your heart so much. This is so heartwarming

It. That's really nice and I think that's the best thing to do. Going for a nature walk is so therapeutic and I think it gives you so much. It can be your me time also. A lot of people feel that they don't get the time. But I think walking in nature is the best therapy that you can have for any problem in life and it is the best meditation that you can do. Thank you so much for sharing this with us Geetha

Hi Gita. You said about nature walks. Yes, definitely. Nature walks are very calming. What I personally do in such times when I want to get away from it, I usually look up to the sky. I look up to the horizon and I just go deep in to it. Watching clouds, the skyline around me. I really get lost watching the sky. And if that day is cloudy, I really get lost in those clouds
