Training new people to take your job...Yay or Nay???

And I was like, because why would I give you 1000%? Because here's the truth about the matter. I need that 1000% to put into looking for me a new job. Because come Friday of next week, you're still going to be continuing to work and you're not going to have to wonder. You're not going to have to change your life to accommodate finding a job, right? So why would I give 1000%? Why?

No, I'm not. I'm not even sorry. I wouldn't tell them everything. I really wouldn't. Because if you thought this position was so good and so great, why are you replacing me to begin with? Why didn't you just hire me outright knowing that I do a good job at it? Sorry, I'm not training nobody to do nothing because you already got me doing it. So if you thought it was so wonderful, why you didn't hire me

Maintaining some degree of peace may not be the right thing to do, but it's probably the best thing to do, if that makes any sense. But, wow, I'm rooting for you, and I'm definitely wishing you the best. But again, it's case by case, and wow. That's unbelievable. I mean, I want to say nay. I don't particularly care to say yay. That's why I said it's case by case

And I can't do that if I do something different. Now. In my heart, I'm thinking all kinds of things, right. And I'll be honest, these last few days, I haven't given my best. And next week, there's really not a whole lot for me to do other than use the time to look for a new job, which is what I've been doing this week, the latter part of this week

So I'm praying the continued favor of God over your life and that he opens doors that no man will shut in the name of Jesus. As far as training somebody do my job, I don't have a problem with it. Depending on the circumstances, if I'm being promoted to something better, I have no problem with it. I've never trained someone to take my position over because I was being let go in a situation like that

I was never going to get past a certain pay rate, and I was never going to get past a certain point in the office. I was never going to be made to be like a manager or anything like that, although I was doing the work. And so that's why I ended up leaving that job. And that was that, as far as this job goes

I do plan on waiting for the NDA to be done, and then I plan on applying to the company, to autonation as a recruiter and just to work as a recruiter for them. And then when I do that, I'm going to use the managers that I am cool with. I'm going to use them as references to help me get in. And so that's my plan. And so that's another reason why I'm going to

Because I'm not going to do that. Because first of all, you're firing me. You're telling me that you're going to fire me, and I'm a good employee and you know that I could do the job, yet you want to replace me with someone who cannot do the job. This does not make any sense to me when it comes to running a business. Why would I want to get a new jack to replace a veteran?

Hey, Robert. Yeah, you definitely did go to petty route when this happened to me last year at a different did I did end up leaving beforehand. So what I did was I ended up leaving before the contract end date. But also did you need to. I had vacation time saved up and they were trying to say they weren't going to pay me for my vacation
