I'd like for us to have a real conversation about the effects that addiction has on the family and the people that love the person who's addicted. Because I don't think enough is talked about with that. And I know that they do have al Anon, which is for the family members. Narcotics Anonymous, they have a chapter that is for the family members. Like, it's just for the family. Like, the person that's addicted doesn't come. It's just for the family

It took a big toll on my family, on my father, because my father had to tell him, like, you're addicted to drugs and you're going to end up getting my daughter and my grandkids hurt. So, yeah, let's have a conversation about the family. I posted on the other picture

If you're addicted or if somebody that you know is addicted and you're a family member or a loved one and you need help because you've been affected by the addiction, I'm going to post that number, but let's have this real conversation. And again, let's be respectful

I could have left at any time. But when you love someone, you don't leave them when they're down and out. The Bible says, for good or for bad, in sickness and in health. An addiction is a sickness, whether you're doing it or not. If that person is your husband, you love them. Your wife, you love them. You try your best to stick by them. But what I have to say is this. Please get some help
