Men have been systematically taken out of the home!! He cant lead from the street.
You can't get no benefits if you have a child by somebody, you can't get benefits until you press him for child support. No matter if he's a good father and he's taking care of his child, you just need some help because he's not in the household with you. You still have to press that man for child support. Right? And so because they took the welfare system, took men out of homes

Now, men are not covering women, and now women have got to the point where, okay, I don't need a man to cover me. I could protect myself. I could take care of myself. I can do anything he can do. He's not supposed to be your confidant. He's not supposed to be your companion. You are not supposed to be having date nights together. He is your son. And so a lot of these single moms are taking their sons out of their role as the son of the household, the son to this woman and this man. They're taking him out of his natural role and trying to force him to grow up into a role that he was never supposed to fit, not for you

They don't have a man to show them how to lead, right? And because they don't have men to show them how to lead, they don't know how to lead. They don't know how to lead and interact with a woman. And we have girls who, for whatever reason, are now in this thought process of, I don't need a man. I'm good. I can take care of myself. I can do whatever I need to do on my own

Another woman had to have taught them that this is the right way to think, this is the right way to believe. This is how you should move. If you can't get a man or if you can't get a decent man, then you just be the man. You just take care of yourself and you just pleasure yourself with sex toys or you just sleep with women or whatever. Somebody had to teach them that behavior, though

Be careful what you wish for because at the end of the day, your child, because you're raising them that way, is going to live and be like that in the streets. He's going to want to always be a tough guy. And it's because of how you're raising your children. That's all for now. Be blessed
Just so happens in 2023, it takes two mules to drag a wagon, unless you're going to be on welfare and Section Eight and all that. But those programs were designed to keep us down, not bring up our families, not build us up, not help the African American woman. All I helped her do was make sure she was home at 1230 to watch The Young and the Restless instead of getting a real job
But you ain't going to get nothing unless you can fool with a basketball, a football, a tennis ball and a golf ball. If your school has some of those programs, you don't need to forget lacrosse, that's axe. But the only way you get a chance at a brighter future is to get that ball. I'm looking at a cat on my team and I'm, like, stressed out everything else, just trying to keep my scholarship

Like, if he can bounce a ball and use the ball to get a scholarship to go to college, what's the problem with that? And of course, my son, I'm going to be in the NBA, but he always said, I'm going to go to college and I'm going to get a degree or I'm going to get a trade. And he had dreams outside of making it, but he did want to make it, of course
