#VoiceYourOpinion Do men set the tone in the relationship and home? If so, what does the women do?

It says, dating a man who can't help you financially is a waste of says. And then underneath it, it's by this guy, chris perry. He's like a relationship expert who posts on TikTok and facebook and instagram. And I follow him because some of the stuff he says I agree with. And so underneath he put, y'all wonder why my woman is so submissive. Because I lead the way and set the tone

And so I think that puts a lot of pressure on men, that if something is wrong, it's because you didn't set the tone. They could be set the tone. And some of these women are just plumb crazy. Now, I don't fully agree with what he said, but I do know that we do have some responsibility. I feel like if your wife is bugging out, is there something that you need to do differently? Right

The husband or the man come home and he like, hey, cut that out. Typically, the children at least will calm down and go play somewhere, right? And so that's the reason why I say that, right? Because men just have that domineering presence. Men, we're talking about real men, have that domineering presence where they can just say something. It be, I can speak from my own self

So he has to be well adapted and well formed in all aspects before he can be a leader. At least this is how I look at it. If you're not doing what you need to do in your life, then how do you expect someone else to follow you? Where are you going to lead them but down? So this is just my opinion. It all depends on the man. Peace. Have a good one

Hi, Robert. Thank you for replying and for commenting. And I would agree with you. I think it does depend on the man. Like you said, if the man knows how to lead and he's taking care of his business and he's doing what he should be doing, I think everybody will just follow

Mom said, yeah, but you asked her after you asked me, and I already told you no. So a lot of times when the parents don't come up with an agreement on, listen, this is how this house is going to go. We both agree, this is the rules, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, then the children will not respect it

And it's dissension amongst the ranks. I believe I said something else, but I meant to say dissension amongst the ranks

After he has been out in the world and faced everything that men face on a daily basis, he can come home and find safety, comfort, and peace and love in his home. And I believe that the woman is responsible for setting the tone there. And I believe that's why you see, like, there was an article that was going viral at one time of advice given to housewives in the 1950s on how to take care of the home and set the tone in the home for their husbands

We as women are going to naturally follow suit. So if the man is about discord, disruption, inconsistency, the woman is then going to be about discord, disruption, inconsistency. That's what she's going to nurture and grow and create an atmosphere of. If the man is about consistency, follow through, peace, forward movement, evolution, then the woman is going to foster an atmosphere that is about peace, growth, evolution, consistency. And it's just by design

Hey, Andrea. So I agree. And I agree because while I agree to the degree that that man knows what he's doing, a good leader would set the tone for the household, and he would have order established like someone else. The gentleman above posted, the children would already be programmed to know, like, this is how it goes
