And so in my secular job, which I'm a recruiter, a lot of times people in my field, they do a lot of lying. They tell people that there's no jobs available when there really are, it's just they don't want to place the person in the job. They tell people that the job just ended when in fact, the job didn't end. The person was not a good employee, and so they got fired

The organization is going to not get their commission or whatever they get for placing people. But here's the thing, if you place someone, you tell them what they need to know, place them in a job, they will now refer someone else to you and now refer someone else to you. And that's how you stay in business as opposed to keeping people down. So they'll quote, unquote, always need you
