What happened to modesty in women….especially my Big Girls?????? Put some clothes on!!!!!
I applaud the clothing industry, right? The fashion designers, I applaud them, but just because they make it don't mean you're supposed to wear it. I have seen women post pictures where they have on like, netting stuff and you got your breast another roll and then another roll hanging down to your knees. Why are you posting pictures with netting stuff on that you can see right through it? And see, that why I used to always tell people, because my breasts have always been big

And I would even say not even a golly man. I would say what man period is going to want a woman that's always putting every part of her body on social media for men to see? Like you leave nothing for the imagination. And I'm specifically speaking about bigger women, but even some smaller women. What are you doing? What are you doing? And I'm not talking about women who post like, one picture because they trying to show you that they lost weight

But again, body positivity is one thing, but just letting everything hang out for the whole world to see, that's something different. You need to get to a healthy weight, a healthy, sustainable weight for your body, and put your health first. Like I said, I don't know if she had like a health scare or something that caused her to put it in a different perspective, but I have a friend who's very heavy and she's always looking for heavyset role models. And me, personally, I'm a thick girl, I've always been a thick girl, but I work out so I stay in shape

It's. I remember when I was younger, you could not find cute clothes in plus sizes. If you were a plus size child, you basically had to wear women's clothes. And those clothes weren't very flattering on a nine year old kid. They were too grown up. You know, they were big flowy shirts and things that nine year olds don't like to wear

You could go down a couple of sizes, and I try to explain to them, I just like to be comfortable. I don't like nothing too tight on me. I don't like nothing hugging. I don't like none of that stuff. And so I just like to be comfortable. And so I like wearing baggier clothes, not to mention especially to church, and then not to mention, I'm a bigger girl, so I want to be covered

When you hurt their feelings, it makes them want to go eat, so then they eat more, and so they don't have that right. Like, me, personally, I do watch what I eat. I watch my portion sizes. I try to control my portion sizes, and I try to not eat a lot. I try to eat maybe smaller meals and eat more smaller meals per day

So it's it's quite unfortunate that women, they're not able or there are still conservatives out there, people with conservative values who shun women in expressing themselves physically. There are some societies where women, they don't wear shirts, they don't wear bras, they have their breasts hanging out. There are some societies where women are just fully naked. And the same for men

The second thing is, I have been a thick girl all my life and I've never had an issue getting a man or keeping one. So for you to make a blatant statement speaking for all men, saying all men don't like that, yeah, you probably shouldn't do that. You probably shouldn't do that. You be blessed. Have the day you deserve
Now, as far as body positivity, call me old fashioned, but you know, Lizzo, and anybody like Lizzo in my opinion, has destroyed the nature of what real women are supposed to act like in public. Now, me, like I said, I like women of all sizes and all nationalities and all different things. Like I said, they had to uphold a standard to the seven black women that raised me because the black women in my life were beautiful

But again, just because it comes in your size doesn't mean you're supposed to wear it. And just because they've made more stylish clothes, I still believe that some of the clothes shouldn't be worn and at least not worn in public. Me, myself, I do prefer to wear dresses and skirts over pants
There was probably some times when I was in college, I probably could have got away with that, but for me to put on something like that now, it's going to suck something in or something. I look like a beanbag chair with legs, is what I look like. And some people can do it, some people can't. I never understood the yoga pants. It's like everything's not for everybody. And I'm not going to be wearing that kind of stuff, neither
It's just not cute. And me, no tight shirt ever. No tight shirts ever. Luckily my shoulders, my traps, everything was wide so it looked halfway decent. But I never wore nothing tight around my waist, around my belly and I ain't tucking in no shirts and none of that kind of stuff. It's just a certain way that I wanted to be

Not like she got breasts, but you know what I'm saying? Like her chest. And so my daughter was like, yeah, I just don't like that. But that's how they're making things. They're making even the shorts for my granddaughter, she's one they make the shorts real short for her. The shorts are like the booty shorts for her age. It's hard to find longer shorts for her
I don't feel that it's wrong, but you may feel that it's wrong. So I get where you're coming from, but the fact that, well, these other women that are slimmer, they can at least I feel like they get a slap on the wrist. And hey, you said it yourself, it's worse for bigger women to go out there and dress to too revealing, especially if they don't fit the beauty standard that we see in pop culture
