Dating - do you think how a person is while you are dating carries over to the relationship?
For me, if you can't lead on something simple as making plans for us to go on a date, what are we doing? Right? What are we doing? And I don't want to make you feel comfortable that, oh, if I just let her know what I want, she's just going to take no, I'm not going to just take everything and run with it. There may be some things I will, but I'm not going to do that all the time

So to answer your question, yes, I do think how someone is during the dating phase gives every indication of how they're going to be in a relationship. And I think it also too now because of my own experience, I've lived it

I told my daughter this, I told my daughters this and my son this. While you're dating someone, that you're giving them a preview to what you would be like. And so if there are things that you're not willing to do for the rest of your life, then don't do it now. My sister called me one time, and she was fussing and complaining about her husband, and she's like, he is such a big baby

And so, like I said, I don't really block if I don't feel like telling them what's wrong, I might send a text message and say, hey, I just don't think this is going to work, or whatever, and I let it go like that. I don't give it any more thought. I used to block a lot of people. I used to do that

I delete if I have them on messenger, I delete the messages off of messenger so they don't keep coming up. And sometimes I will just delete the number completely out of my phone. But typically, if I delete the text messages and delete them on my call history, then out of sight, out of mind. So if I don't see their name or their number, I don't think about it. So then I go from there. So I definitely understand that
