It. So the picture says heal so you can hear what's being said without the filter of your wound. And so in talking to different people, I always tell them that our life experiences are the lenses in which we look. We view the world. So everything that you've been from childhood all the way till now is the lens, if you will, of how you're viewing the world, how you're interacting with the world, how you're interacting with people
