Hi, Anamika. A lot of people, I believe, grapple with their traumas every single day with events that have happened around them or happened to them, and they try to constantly figure out how to heal from those traumatic events and how to actually move on with life. But like you rightly pointed out, that trauma has a lasting effect and it doesn't really, quote, unquote, go away. Right. It doesn't just vanish into the abyss
