We usually see that the doctors who are working in Indian hospitals are usually stressed up because of the very heavy hectic workload onto them. So I think the government needs to realize this and this is why many of the doctors are now just pushing the government practice away and they are opting for their own private practice because in that practice they get a peace of mind and a lot of free time. Not free time but they can work how much they actually want to work
