this is NOT a butterfly - I am shocked, appalled and disappointed

A day after I took this picture, I found out that these are actually pests, and they've been eating some of my leaves, but, oh, well

I didn’t realize they were cabbage moths until later on, I genuinely thought they were some friendly butterflies prettily fluttering around my garden

Frankly, I don't see what the mystique and the glamor around butterflies is. They're literally just colorful moths. Like they're moths. Why does nobody see this? They're moths. Their trackers are light. They drink sugar water. They are Moss. The reason we give them a free pass is because they look all pretty. They're the same. They're all bugs, man. They're all bugs. All bugs are bugs. Put that as a graduation quote

This is immediately after my last post. In retrospect, that sounded very snobby. I don't want to take it down because that's a personality trait, but I do want to apologize for having put you guys through that. Okay. Bye

moths are great as well, just not this one

It's not so much the fact that it's a moth. That's a problem. It's like the type of moth. They make a bunch, like they eat the leaves. They're called cabbage moths. They leave a bunch of holes in my plants. So that's why I don't have a problem with moths. It's just this specific type is the pest and damages my plants. That's why I don't like it anyway
