So next time the dog wakes you up in the middle of the night, and then you have to get up maybe just an hour later, be grateful that your dog's still here and that your dog trusts you to wake you up in the middle of the night because they know you're going to be there for them. Or maybe when you're running late to work, be grateful that you didn't get in an accident on the way to get there

Hey, Amanda. Lovely post. I totally agree with you. And I think, you know, I'm normally usually in the in the opposite side of the spectrum, like, you know, just be positive is kind of, like, the worst advice I can think of of receiving. Like, I there's something about my body just rejects it, but it is true

There are people that just make it feel gross, and it's hard to just see it for what it is meant to be, and it truly is what you said to just live in the moment, to appreciate the things around you, to appreciate the people in front of you. And I'm so glad that you picked up on that and you took that message. And I truly do appreciate you and having this conversation
