Habits and Laying groundwork

Are you hitting the snooze button? Are you staying up too late knowing that you have this plan to get yourself up in the morning to maybe sit down and enjoy your breakfast instead of having it on the go? Or maybe you want to get up a few minutes early so that you can go for a walk or get a 15 minutes workout in, and yet you hit the snooze button because you stayed up too late. Or maybe you just didn't sleep well. So what caused that?
