The moralty of "compromise"?

article image placeholderUploaded by @allisonnp264
And three is easier for you, and two is the more righteous thing to do, but you can't bring yourself to do it while one is the morally correct thing to do. And so would you compromise your morality to do something more evil than what you would do because you find the second option to be too difficult because you don't enjoy it? In other words, it has to do with for an ethical question

#goodandevil #ethics #goddid if you had a difficult situation that led to compromise how would you respond?

And basically it was this question of would you steal the drugs to help your mom live? Even though stealing isn't unethical but also it's technically unethical to sell something that is only a few dollars to make for thousands of dollars that could save people's lives is so it was a really interesting debate and it got really intense. I remember it and people got invites and stuff. But yeah, this reminded me of that question. I would personally, probably steal

I think we all mostly live in the second option, the perfect world where we don't hurt any people, we don't step on animals, we're vegan, we take care of the environment, we choose other people, we're environmentally conscious. That would be the first option, perfectly ethical
