Drink your water and get your life

And you listen to the best of them, people who are trying to be productive out there and do good things. So talk about consistency and how consistency in any pursuit of life is the foundation to get you to where your goals are, to help you achieve that which your heart desires. Because when we don't build the systems around them, we don't create the daily habits of getting us to that direction. Yes, we can experience a lot of disappointment, feelings of failure

Hi, Diana. Thank you for sharing that. That was really inspiration to hear. I feel like I needed to hear that. I have had for a year now a pretty consistent routine that I love. When I stick to it there's, of course, you fall off. The good thing about establishing it, if you can do it for two weeks, then if you fall off, you know you have it. There life. You can go back

But yeah, thanks for sharing this. I was a grad student a couple of years ago and yeah, I'm not sure how well I took care of myself for self care. I mean, I was a part of communities that I would gather with and do meditations, and I had times where I would check in with myself spiritually. But when it came to the day to day, I don't know if I was that great at that last year when I was writing my thesis

My freshman sophomore year, I really was not paying as much attention as I should have. I was distracted and there was a lot going on, and I was working, and I did have life. One of those identity crises that you mentioned of like, oh, my God, what am I doing here? And once I was able to establish a system for myself, it made my life just a million billion times easier

Thanks for the welcome!

So, yeah, try some different things. Some people put some Cayenne pepper in there. I don't know. There's a lot of different flavors that will help enhance that. But anyways, thanks so much for responding to the content. And, yeah, looking forward to more conversation. Take care. Bye

Hey, Chelsea, thanks so much for your response and and, you know, your engagement to the Post. I'm just really loving this platform already. It I think in some ways I'm just thinking to myself, this is like creating one large, large accountability club
