I think when I began to entertain the reframing of the question that once was driven by so much of my unmet need, my emotional unmet need from childhood, from my own trauma, I began to see that I had an opportunity to reclaim power. And so I guess I put this out here to present a prompt of your own reflection. What are the questions that drive you? Maybe you're in a work setting or maybe you're exploring your own personal strengths

You questions drive me, but I don't think there is one particular question that drives me. Why do I exist? Why do I think these are interesting questions? But I don't think I've ever had a burning desire her for one question. But to phrase the questions has always been things that dominate my psyche. Everything I look at, every experience I have, there's an idea there to share with other people, invariably over and over and over again
I think the main question that comes to my mind is one that was kind of given to me in a roundabout way by my mother many, many years ago. I was very depressed at that time and I was young and you to be young and depressed, it's pretty easy. And so she said to me, she said, rather than sit around and worry about yourself and think about yourself, get out and try to help somebody else, think about somebody else
