Just a couple of books that have really helped me understand in some ways, I think the academic process so involves the psychology of our abilities to basically persevere through pain. What is our tolerance in the midst of attempting to focus past discomfort. And so just utilizing habit science, neuroscience has really helped me understand and have compassion for the process, because, yeah, you are whoever's out there trying to do school

You're. Hi. It's good to hear you on here again. And congrats on getting close to your graduation, to your last semester. I remember when I was in grad school, that last bit, finishing my thesis paper, that was a tough one. But you're reminding me I started listening to a ton habits on audible, and I need to get back to that because I was learning a lot and I enjoyed it

And I know in a way, habits are just so much more than maybe the technical aspect where we hear more about. But I found in my own personal experience how much it was so tied to how I understood myself, my self concept, just my dynamic with pain and confidence. Yeah. There was just so many themes that I didn't realize as I engaged that practice in my life to be improved
