And as a veteran teacher with some experience and opportunity, what are things? Things that you focus on? And how do you help new teachers filter through all of the fire hose of information that's coming their way? What advice do you have for them?…"

Let's give our new teachers maybe three bullet points, three steps to do to help work on those moments. We're people can start to get down, and really, they need to start on a strong football.…"

"…And every year I get the chance to make a difference in a kiddo's life. And that could be anything for me. As small as helping them remember to say thank you after somebody gives them something to achieving well on some sort of academic skill that they struggled with. So honestly, for me, I look forward to meeting the students that I get to make a difference in their lives.…"
