Morning Meditation (freeflow)

Go ahead and close your eyes and focus on the back of your eyelids from within, obviously, where your third chakra would be, and ground your feet into the ground. Straighten up your spine and just take a few deep inhales and exhales. Do body scan starting at the feet. So bring your attention down to your toes and slowly move them up to your ankles and see if you feel any sensation, tingling and continue to move up your calves

Hey, I found one that was so great. Very subtle, very smooth, very soft, very good way to start the day. I like to swell in the mornings when I have my cup of tea outside of my back porch. And it's gonna be a bit chilly nowadays, but I just wear more layers and grab a blanket. And this was a really nice body scan. Thank you for guiding, and I definitely look forward to some more of these, so please keep them coming

Thank you so much for listening. I'm actually pretty shocked that anyone listened. It's just I just downloaded this app yesterday. I was just playing around, trying to get more comfortable with recording my meditations. I'm currently getting certified as a meditation teacher, so I'm just trying to kind of find my flow and see what works and what doesn't.
