I absolutely love to be able to share my experiences, and hopefully I can help people the way they help me. And in addition to that, I'll probably also talk about things that I have trouble with and that I struggle with, in hopes that in the same areas, you guys can help me too. I've I've actually never heard of that job, and I'm always so in awe with folks working within the healthcare system. It's it's so important. On the training side of the healthcare community, I actually, prior to becoming a trainer, I did work in the patient access portion and revenue cycle side of healthcare. And that's just basically what patient access is more so things that are related to registration, scheduling, prior authorizations for admissions and procedures
