Gender Roles in Relationships
However, I've recognized that everybody doesn't operate the same. So what I've had to do over the last few years since meeting my husband, is definitely change my outlook on what gender roles look like in a relationship. So right now, our situation is I tend to be the person who handles all of the bills

But as for the term gender roles at all, I think that those words should start being more of a taboo than anything, just because I think in a modern family, everybody should be doing and should be just chipping in where expected and when needed

Like, for my household and in my marriage, I feel like we have so much going on that a lot of times in order to keep it together, we have to make sure we have those conversations. We have to make sure that we are having those plans, because otherwise things can fall apart pretty easily
