Holding myself accountable

Highly sensitive people make up about 20% of the world's population to where we process information differently than normal people. From a visual, auditory, sensory perspective, I am an introvert, so I must get away from people for extended periods of time to recharge and to reboot my battery because it does drain very quickly throughout the day. And then I need time to kind of revert back to factory settings, if you will. And this is the piece that is even harder to share. Very recently

It's hard. I'm figuring it out still. Even I don't know, there's sometimes that I feel like I should regulate my excitement initially so that I could, like, last me a little bit longer. But I don't know. I think there's a lot of factors that go into motivation and, of course, go into the mental health discussion. And that's a whole other thing. But also so closely tied

I'm 47 I only realized last year and so how my life would have been different if I had known if someone else had recognized if the knowledge we had today was done and they could see that these things present differently in girls then it would have been so different
