Because I do put my whole heart on the line. When I meet someone that I'm interested in that like, they kind of put me at a setback for a few days, few weeks maybe. And I noticed that I didn't have anyone really checking on me. And if I did reach out to someone, that would change the subject of what I wanted them to hear

And I feel like it is hard for people who are depressed or have anxiety to talk about these things. Also, sometimes the hand is offered your way and it's just hard to take, it's hard to express because we can have so many things going on in our heads. But I like that you book ended this swell with really positive message because you can have a really bad day, you can have a really bad week, a really bad month. That's how it goes
It shapes and it shifts and it does all this moving and there's so many emotions and things involved in it. But at the end of the day, we have this extraordinary gift to fully love others and ourselves and to do anything other, some would say, is a waste of this life. So love fully, love openly, keep being that lighthouse for people, keep showing up for you. And I believe that you'll find lasting peace, lasting happiness and lasting fulfilled love through that process
