This happens to some degree in every melding of narratives that occurs. In each conversation, an exchange is affected. It's amusing, isn't it? We who pride ourselves on open minds, often retreat when our narrative is threatened. We defend our right way of doing things, forgetting that the occult, the mystical, is a journey of exploration, not a destination of absolutes, an eternal journey of the ephemeral, not the determination of some finite concept frozen in time
