An opportunity not a choice

So when they grow old, and when they need a hand, when they need a caress or a tender word, when they need our time, why is it something that needs thought? Why is it looked upon as a choice? Yes, staying with them might entail a few fights, some arguments, even and even differences of opinion. But then there will also be love, warmth and care. What's more, there will be a home which is full of memories that live on forever

Hi. I absolutely agree with you on this. That anyone who has been there for us when we were a child, when we were helpless, when we weren't really equipped to take care of ourselves or live by ourselves, the ones who were there, whether that be our parents or whether that be some other family member who acted as a guardian

Thank you so much for listening in. And I totally agree with what you're saying, because when I see people joking about having older people around and it's all fun and it's all nice for a while, but when it actually comes to the brass tacks of looking after them, I think we have to make some adjustments. And even they have to I agree the older people also have to make adjustments, but once you work around that problem, I think it's only positive from there on

So I advise all senior citizens to take care of themselves to lead a happy life and to lead the happy life fitness is the top Mosaj and should be the top satinder before them. They should not dream of a dependent life they should take care of themselves, do yoga, meditation, exercise, fitness, go to some NGO and be with their friends, have a good time. And a lot of organizations are there now for the benefit of senior citizens. So, in spite of seeking
