So I got injured and I cured my own injury in six months. D***. That actually included a sort of depression phase and four months of curing and healing myself at the mental and the physical level both. And now I am 100% like I was before. So after that I thought of serving people to help them cure their back injuries as well and other chronic diseases
Hey, Aditi, I'm glad that you are back again and as you told us that you are a yoga instructor. And yeah, yoga is a very crucial component for our physical, mental and spiritual practices. Or some people practice yoga for health, fitness, and some for the stress relief and relaxation. I personally think that it's good for our personal growth and spirituality and some for fun and enjoyment because it relaxes our mental and get back to our mental peace
