Changing 'Why?' to 'Why not?'

article image placeholderUploaded by @Adhi.V
Have you ever tried replacing the wires with the why not ask yourself this question when life throws a challenge or a situation on you rather than asking Why does it have to be me? Me now here and this way, ask yourself why not me? Right? Tell life that drive me. Why not take on a challenge and solve it? Why not face a difficulty to become even stronger than what you were yesterday? To try out an opportunity to its fullest capacity

Very nicely explained. Miss Adhikshita, you have told us about positive approach versus negative approach. And yes, when we start giving positive orders to our mind, the life or the situation surrounding us really get change. And yes, I have experienced this. Giving positive affirmations to your brain really changes the upcoming events in life in a positive way. I so yes, very nicely said. Keep up. Ciao

Hey Adhiv. Shitaryu. Hi. So you are definitely right about why shouldn't we change our voice to why not? And when I was in school I had the same problem. Why me? Why me? I used to. I used to cry out loud. Is it always has to be me to do this or that? I was a person who used to just run away from all the problems of all the challenges. I did not want to face anything

Hi. I hope you are doing great. So first of all, the path or the things from why to why not is explained very clearly by the and this is one of the best motivation now. Yes, I will work on that. I will change my words from now why not only me. So thank you so much for this and keep doing the great work

These situations are giving me new opportunities to prove myself, to learn new things. And I was really happy after sometime after realizing that because then instead of saying why it doesn't have to be me, I took advantage of those situations and made them better for myself. And sometimes I didn't mess up, obviously. But as you keep on going, you will see the differences. You start to realize where you're making the mistakes and where you need to improve and you will do better

And what I have learned from the book is that all the challenges in your life are not barriers, but a way to improve your life. You know, challenges are like exercise, like weight training helps you to build strength. Similarly, when you overcome the challenges, it changes your life. That's what the book teaches us. And thank you so much for posting this. It was really great listening to you. Keep smiling. Keep posting. Such an amazing stress

But if we are just not thinking properly and if we are feeling low just within ourselves, so that is where we get filled. And the way you said, no matter what the obstacles we are facing or whatever the problem is, instead of saying why me? And why this again say why not me? Which is really relevant because as long as we start accepting it's okay, it's just life and we have to get over it, we will be passing through it easily
