Lot of YouTubers I follow on YouTube that post a lot of jobs so that's definitely obstacle for me but regardless, it's still hard because I'm so used to getting jobs the longest I've waited is a month and now it's been two years and nothing but just wanted to put it out there. And maybe someone out there has a solution. Or maybe you just want to talk about it. Or just let me know. You'd go into the same and what you're applying for

The challenge though is the skill set you have, is it unique and are there many people going for the same positions you are? Because one of the challenges that many people take for granted is how many peers do you have within your industry and in a given market where you need to apply for a new job, what is your competition? Because jobs work just like a business where based on market, how do you stand out and ultimately, at the endpoint, are you valuable enough to retain or hire?

So you have to keep that in mind. It's a numbers game for you too. No matter what they say, in reality that's the way they do it and you need to think of it at least partly that way. But I found when I really narrow my search down to the more specific I am, the better at the better it works. Also you could look at remote jobs regionally. For some reason this has tend to work for me some

Go for some in person face to face meetings. Why don't you see what is around you walking distance. Even if you don't necessarily want the job, go and have a conversation with a manager or owner of a business around you and just present yourself in a confident manner and allow that process to boost your confidence in a way that could aid you in reaching out to maybe a dozen more emails or a dozen more jobs this week. I think that we can really, really capitalize on confidence

But there was a shift, at least more a decade ago, that whenever you walked into a place that was either had a number of sites regionally or was a national or international company or owned by a larger company, they would automatically funnel you to or they would automatically redirect you to the website so that conversation no longer holds weight. Like they avoid those conversations. Those get to know you conversations will go apply to the website. I have tried not even for the money for some years

Hey Adriena, hope you are doing really well. So you know what, I'm also one having problem in finding work from home. You know, since the COVID started, my current job is work from home but they called to the office for that I had to relocate from my city. But you know what, that's not possible for me because my husband is a businessman. So if I do relocate, I need to live separately
