At an informal level, I would say the most important thing is being a good listener. So first of all, communication is really important in relationships because we all know key formal informal scenarios. We have to be a good communicator and we know the basic skills for it, and we just practice borrowed too. But we most of the time neglect the importance of communication in informal space, like in our relationships, et cetera
I personally think that being a good listener is equally important in in formal communication as well as formal communication. Because whenever you listen to a person like very carefully, you actually communicate in a good manner or relate to them like to a point. Being a good listener in both situations is important and if you communicate with anyone it can easily resolve your issues. But if you don't communicate like every time you will misunderstand everything and you ruin your relationship

Hi Harshika. So first of all, thank you so much for listening to my swell and replying to it. I just wanted to make it clear that I thought that we were good listener is an important part of communication will be formal or informal. And I know, but I just wanted to clarify that. My point is that being a good listener is more important on the informal level because there you need to understand the feelings and most of the people who have complaints with you or something of that sort
