And this framework is now being used in over 50 countries and 600 cities across the globe. And it has started to develop a new field of study called equity design. And so I also love to really dive deeper into the idea of creating a new form of problem solving and how we show up in spaces

But one of the things that you got me thinking about was the notion of equity. And I wanted to ask A about the difference between equity and equality. When I think about equity, I think of stock equity, ownership as opposed to equality. Equity is ownership, in my opinion
