What are some things that you would like to change? The focus should not always be on what someone else thinks of you. And that can be very hard, especially when you are in corporate. Corporate is constantly designed to make you feel as though you are not doing enough. And the goal is to work harder. Work harder than your counterpart, work harder than the person that's beneath you and work harder than the person that's above you. That is the constant message that's being sent out

And I like I like your message of of being you, of using your qualities to stand out, to do the work and committing and working hard, but not letting go of who you are, I think is important. But yeah, I really enjoyed listening to this. Thank you so much for sharing
