You get that feeling when you eat something so good that you just kind of make that French face of just how exceptionally good that is. It's almost divine. And I kind of felt that after having one of the things that she made. And I felt it's not that she's doing anything different. She's not a professional cook as the guys are who made the feast the other day. And eventually, something that's ubiquitous in the world of cooking is the fact that you cook with love

Hi. First of all, I think this is a really interesting thought that maybe it's familiarity that we think about when we think about food that is cooked with love. And yeah, I guess that's really true also. Because every time people talk about food cooked with love, most of the time it is about food they have eaten growing up, right? Food somebody has cooked for them or someone they love has cooked for them

The way my mom sounds when she's cooking, the way my aunts are laughing as they're prepping the ingredients with her, the way I'm there helping them, the way that the moment feels, the good vibes, the good memories that we have. And it's intimate. Food is always, like, the best when you share it with people you love and people you really enjoy being with, it really accentuates the food

And it kind of helps me to sort of widen my idea of what really food is, and maybe that's why it's so important for restaurants to have that kind of an ambience as well. Right. And what did I say? Ambience. Yeah. But yeah, thank you. Thanks for adding that
