Music also help reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure and cortisol in the body. It eases anxiety which is the common problem of our generation. It can help improve moods also. That's why I love to listen music. That's my daily activity I love to do. Because music has the power to heal me. I just really love to listen all the music and it's my daily activities
